What a CrAzY couple of days it's been but we now have new insight into our journey from the Lord.
We left KC for Chicago on thursday around 1pm and after 8 hours in the car...Cam and I decided that we really didn't want to get the full ride at Trinity because our hearts were just being drawn to Southern in Kentucky. We were praying that God would make the decision easy.
We get to Chicago at 10:30pm and decide we need to get some information off of our emails so we get on the internet and Camden has an email from Trinity informing us that he did NOT get the scholarship!! We were ecstatic! We looked at each other and said "Southern!...did we really just drive up here for NOTHING?" The email was written at 12:15pm that day...if we just would have checked our email...we could've saved us a little time and money BUT...we now know that it was great time for us to talk everything out and to make our decision by ourselves without anyone's influence. It was planned perfectly by the Lord.
I cancelled my interview that was supposed to be the next day which was a relief as I feel that I was kind of talking myself into wanting the job. We went ahead and toured Trinity just to see how it compared and because of how the Lord has moved our hearts for Southern, there was no comparison : )
So there it is...we will be moving to Louisville, Kentucky on July 2 and we just couldn't be any happier about it! Thank you, Lord for giving us endurance and helping us to wait on YOU...your timing is perfect!

Awesome Mal! PRAISE THE LORD!!! We've been praying for you all ever since Thursday! SOOOO thankful God revealed His will so clearly and assuredly! KY will be a fun place to visit :) We LOVE you both!
